What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communication Specialist position at MACo Health Care Trust?
The Montana Association of Counties Health Care Trust (MACo HCT) is seeking a Communication Specialist. This position provides member service functions and marketing support related to the employee benefit plans and programs on behalf of the MACo Health Care Trust. Employees in this position must possess considerable knowledge and experience in marketing, health insurance and employee health benefit programs. This position has extensive contacts with MACo members, MACo staff, Elected Officials, governing boards, and participating member groups.
Successful applicants should have combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and two (2) years of experience in employee health benefits. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
The starting pay range is $27.39/hour to $33.00/hour depending on experience. MACo offers a generous benefit package including health insurance (including dental and vision), 401k retirement contribution, vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay.
