We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of construction processes. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, loaders, and water trucks to support construction activities.
- Perform horizontal drilling and paving tasks as required by project specifications.
- Build and dig according to project plans, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations on-site.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficient in loader operation and commercial driving.
- Experience with horizontal drilling techniques and water truck operations.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, including the ability to dig and bulldoze effectively.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
