Job Overview

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Manage project scheduling, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting and resource management.
- Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam software for project documentation and communication.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide construction efforts accurately.
- Assist in construction estimating and provide input on material needs and labor requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and construction best practices.
- Experience with budgeting and cost management in a construction setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using software tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for project management is desirable.
