Applications Engineer - Senior
As an RF ApplicationsEngineer, you willinterface internally with product development, technology development,marketing and product line managers and engineers. Externally, you will havedirect contact with our customers and the global field applications engineering(FAE) team. We are investing in innovation, new technology, and thegrowth of our talent of ensure sustainable success.
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop Doherty amplifiers using state-of-the-art GaN and LDMOS transistors.
- Optimization of existing designs to meet stringent customer performance targets.
- Characterization of power amplifiers for 5G applications using digital predistortion (DPD).
- Provide a working knowledge of the latest communications standards as they relate to power amplifier measurements.
- Demonstrate a high level of personal energy and drive to succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Provide technical leadership and support with customers through technical reports, conference calls and face to face meetings.
- Strong interpersonal intelligence must be shown in all aspects of project execution interactions with team members from multiple design centers and organizations.
- Provide feedback to the wider organization improving technology and product development activities.
