Product and Data ScienceInternship
Role Overview :
As a member of the ManufacturingTest and Product Engineering team, the Product and Data Science Intern willwork alongside experienced engineers providing mentoring, guidance, andintroductions to colleagues.
This Internship withMACOM will help the Intern to gain valuable work experience in a keydiscipline, build professional relationships, and take ownership of abusiness-critical project.
During the 12 weeks eachIntern will :
Begiven an individual and well-defined project with set outcome goals
Gainhands on experience
Receiveexcellent training and ongoing supervision
Beinvited to attend an intern webinar series
Attendnetworking / social events
Attendand present at Poster Session about each Interns project successes and pitfalls
Receiveformal, written feedback
Requirements :
Currently enrolled in aBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering orPhysics.
Prerequisite Skills andExperience :
- Fundamentals ofelectronic devices
- Statistical analysis
- Interest in analysis of manufacturingdata for process and product improvement
