Provides customer oriented technical support for the health apprenticeship project personnel. Supports the health apprenticeship project by gathering materials for outreach events, filing, organizing documents and provide support at outreach events.
All qualified applicants meet the following criteria:
a current student at Macomb Community College taking AT LEAST 6 credit hours

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a support and resource person for health apprenticeship project personnel.
- Collect, file, and organize apprentice documentation electronically and maintain copies of required documents.
- Regularly review apprentice files to ensure all documents are received.
- Notify Health Apprentice Navigator immediately when documents are missing.
- Track use of supplies and outreach materials to identify when reorder is needed; keep supplies organized.
- Notify staff when additional outreach materials and supplies need to be ordered.
- Correspond with project personnel by email or phone for updates and details of issues and assignments.
- Lock cabinet at end of shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Appropriate training will be provided. Interest in health preferred.
