Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for assisting the DON in directing and supervising nursing staff members, while maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
We would like to speak with an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is organized and motivated. While you will be assisting the DON in planning, organizing, and directing, you must possess the ability to make independent decisions and judgments. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will identify the needs, problems, and progress of nursing services and make recommendations for improvement. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator and DON.

- SNF / long-term care experience is required.
