What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Nurse Manager - Emergency Services position at Macpower Digital Assets Edge?
This is a FTE position that typically works a 40 hours week, it could be either 5 days of 8 hour shifts or 4 days of 10 hour evening shifts per week.
The Associate Nurse Manager is accountable for the provision and quality of nursing services at the facility - department level for a defined department(s), in support of Health & Services System and Regional goals. This includes strategically ensuring a balance of optimal and efficient patient care; staff, patient, and physician satisfaction; and cooperative partnerships with other organizational departments and professional groups. With a constant focus on patient-centeredness and staff and patient safety, the Associate Nurse Manager creates and maintains standards and systems for care delivery for their department(s).

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
6 years In nursing with experience in progressive leadership roles.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
National Certification from ANA or Professional Organization in relevant field of clinical expertise upon hire.
