JOB SUMMARY : The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is a central figure in the production environment, tasked with the management and guidance of production workers to meet set goals and uphold quality standards. Responsible for the coordination of various manufacturing and warehouse functions within a large, complex, and fast paced food production facility to drive maximum financial results and deliver a quality on-time product for customers.
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum Qualifications :
2 or more years of leadership experience in a production environment.
1 of more years' experience working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
This position will overlap a little with Shipping and Receiving and 80% of this role will be production focused and 20% will be assisting with Shipping and Receiving.

Utilize new technology and lean manufacturing principals and processes available to maximize efficiency.
Promote development of cost saving initiatives.

Develop a work environment within food manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork quality and safety.
