Senior Salesforce CRM Developer

Job Summary : The Senior Salesforce CRM Developer is responsible for application development around our Salesforce applications and part of a Global Salesforce Center of Excellence. Designs must provide for scalability, extensibility, consistency, flexibility, and supportability. The individual will assist in meeting with the business to understand needs, collect and write specifications, manage the backlog, perform the development, and drive continuous code integration. Success in this position requires an assertive, confident attitude and a commitment to working as a part of a team to meet critical delivery schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assist with the planning, design, and development of Salesforce applications using best practice design patterns to ensure robust scalability which are easily enhanced and extendable in line with evolving business growth and needs.
• Provide necessary documentation and adhere to development best practices and standards.
• Meet with the end users to define business requirements and system goals and identify and resolve business systems issues.
• Maintain knowledge of changing Salesforce technologies as well as socialize ideas within the team to keep up with the latest technology trends.
