What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asset Management Technology Platform Owner & Team Lead position at Macquarie Global Services?
As Macquarie Asset Management grows, the Technology team plays an important role in bringing together its operations to provide innovative services to its clients. As the US Investment Vehicles Team Lead you will partner with the Fund Services and Investment Operations teams to drive these outcomes.

What role will you play?

You will develop senior relationships to gain and utilize a deep understanding of the business wins to transform current business models with innovative technology solutions. Expect to become a valued partner by anticipating and proposing alternative solutions to help business extend their reach.
You will lead the US engineering team to provide end-to-end design, delivery and operation of new applications and solutions, as well as modernizing existing applications to align with the business and technology strategy.
$190,000-240,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

- Have significantly demonstrated hands-on experience of managing and developing technology solutions and be the point of escalation to multiple internal global stakeholders
- Have a track record of driving digitalization, automation and data adoption with business partners and be able to articulate complex technical problems and their solutions simply
- Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and delivery mindset and passionate about building and leading high-performing delivery teams across multiple geographies
- Experience in managing service providers to ensure the best value outcome and maintain a strong ongoing partnership
- Able to prioritize a large complex book of work, balancing the need to deliver value to the business whilst maintaining a secure, stable and compliant platform.
