- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in addition to a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Ability to work in unstructured situations and shift quickly to new tasks when priorities change
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills across different levels of the organization
- Experience with basic data visualization tools, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of synthesizing, condensing, and conveying complex regulatory and policy information to key stakeholders in clear and simple terms.
