- Senior level knowledge and experience with commodities, global markets, futures commission merchants, futures and options, trade life cycle, and post trade processing and execution.
- Demonstrated work on controls and process improvement.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, as well as presentation and demonstration skills to stakeholders.
- Experience assisting clients and collaborating with internal team members on trade life cycle and post trade processing requests with respects to futures and options.
- Proven customer service and relationship management experience.
