What role will you play?

As a talented and ambitious Compliance Officer, you will collaborate and provide advice across front office principal desks, risk, technology, and operations teams. You will develop processes, systems, policies, and controls to meet compliance and regulatory requirements in the region. The businesses and instruments you will cover include futures, commodities (physical and financial derivatives), interest rate and FX derivatives, equity derivatives, futures, and various forms of financing.
Salary range for this position: $140,000 to $190,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
What you offer

- Experience at a futures or derivatives exchange, and/or a compliance advisory role at a financial firm
- Experience working for a state or federal regulator or agency (e.g., CME, ICE, CFTC, SEC, NFA)
- Experience as a compliance officer providing compliance and regulatory advisory support to principal futures trading and derivatives
- JD or a relevant MBA is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required for the role
