- 5 years of experience in North American Carbon Markets
- Strong commercial acumen, drive, outcome focus, a keen interest in /global carbon/environmental markets, passion for innovating and exploring new markets and opportunities in a client-focused setting
- Demonstrated client-facing experience and ability to independently interact with internal and external stakeholders of different seniority
- Strong financial literacy including understanding of financial products and derivatives, ability to interpret financial statements, and modelling skills in Excel
- Demonstrated experience in independent origination, client management and development of new opportunities.
