Growth and Technology Analyst
Macquarie Capital Growth & Technology (MCGT) is focused on Growth-Oriented Asset-Light (GOAL) investments for tech and tech-enabled companies. The team focuses on vertical solutions with a compliance nexus across multiple focus areas including the Public Sector, Capacity Constrained / Enabled, and FinTech.

What role will you play?
You will be given considerable responsibility that includes conducting industry and company research, performing due diligence, financial analysis, financial models, presentations, and investment committee memoranda with the view of executing investment and capital raising opportunities. You will also help manage and track the performance and strategic direction of existing portfolio companies.
Salary range for this position: $110,000 - $120,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer
- 1-2 years’ experience in private equity, venture capital or other junior debt/equity investment experience
- Strong analytical, modelling, presentation, research, and interpersonal skills
- FINRA exams are also required or must be obtained within 6 months (SIE, S79, S63 as applicable)
