What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aladdin Solution Architect position at Macquarie Group?
As a Solution Architect on the Global Aladdin Platform team, you will partner with the Macquarie Asset Management business and take part in end-to-end solution delivery.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will design end-to-end technology solutions tailored to business challenges, aligning with Macquarie’s strategic goals and long-term architecture vision. You will select technologies, platforms, and tools that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements to integrate and support the Aladdin platform. Additionally, you will work with the Aladdin Product Owner and Enterprise Architect to maintain consistency across the organization’s infrastructure and applications, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
Salary range for this position: $155,000 to 200,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What You Offer
- A minimum of 4 years experience with Aladdin is required with experience across asset classes and supporting the full trade life cycle. Strong knowledge of Aladdin configuration, packages, capabilities to design solutions meeting business requirements alongside technology integration
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing and delivering complex, large-scale technology solutions within the financial services industry, or a similar domain.
- Demonstrated ability to select and implement technologies, platforms, and tools to solve specific business problems effectively. You will have strong knowledge of systems integration, solution design, and cloud-based platforms
- Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and their solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and a passion for working with cross-functional teams and leading technical discussions to drive successful outcomes.
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies. Familiarity with AWS, GCP as well as eFront or similar asset management platforms is highly desirable.
