The communications team supports the development and execution of mutual fund shareholder reports as well as quarterly fund commentaries that target both a retail and institutional marketplaces. Furthermore, we serve as a strategic partner to internal teams across the company and external partners with a focus on timely delivery of quality content.

What role will you play?

You will be a key contributor in developing regulatory and value-add marketing collateral in addition to ensuring that editorial content for shareholder reports is well written, grammatically correct, and appropriate for the shareholder audience. Furthermore, you will be assisting the proofreading team where communications specialist/proofreader/copy editor will proofread and mark up written and digital work product for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, usage, consistency, and brand voice.

What You Offer

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English or Finance
  • A minimum of 3-5 years professional experience required in marketing/communications, preferably in the financial services industry, such as banking, insurance, or asset management
  • Exceptional understanding of English grammar, sentence structure, spelling, punctuation, and standard usage
  • Strong oral communications and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple internal and external clients, vendors, marketing team leaders, and team members daily
  • Excellent written communication skills and presentation skills are important.
