We provide comprehensive end-to-end accounting and reporting services for group employee benefits, share-based payments, profit share, and retention plans, covering an annual employment expense of A$5.3bn.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for performing accounting functions related to employee payroll and benefits, share-based payments, profit share, and carry interest arrangements. This includes managing the monthly accounting close cycle and conducting balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders.

What You Offer

  • Strong accounting skills with experience in managing monthly close cycles and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ability to oversee and manage payroll and benefits for a large, global workforce
  • Experience in handling share-based payments and profit share plans, including complex structured transactions
  • Proficiency in using financial systems and software for accounting and reporting purposes
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders across different regions.
