The Unified Communications Engineer, Operations is responsible for understanding and helping to provide support of the enterprise-wide Unified Communications infrastructure. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of various communication, voice, and voice recording platforms. The position requires monitoring of system dashboards for active alerting systems. The applicant understands event prioritization and action accordingly across the organization.

What You Offer
- 6 months of experience working in unified communications and/or networking in a large enterprise environment as a network or voice engineer
- Exposure to cloud voice applications, contact center / call center applications and routing. Knowledge of cloud-based UC and cloud-based calling functionality (Preferred but not required)
- Exposure to, with willingness to learn voice recording systems (Verint v15, VFC, NICE, Dubber) in a regulatory environment (Preferred but not required)
- A keen willingness to learn CUCM, CUBE, Unity VM, ATA, SME Clusters, Expressways, 8xxx series phones, 7xxx series phones, CER, Verint v15, VFC, NICE, Dubber, Vodafone, Zoom and Zoom Contact Center, MS Teams and MS Team voice, IPtrade, Cloud9, IPC, ARD/Hoot/Shout circuits All telephony/collaboration hardware related to job function
- Previous experience working in banking or energy trading environment is preferred
