What role will you play?
Interacting with a wide range of business partners, you will play an important role assisting the business to identify and manage risks, assess adequacy of controls, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within Macquarie Asset Management. Your commercial approach and ability to build relationships at all levels will allow you to increase staff awareness of risks and controls while also assisting them with adherence to Macquarie’s risk management framework and associated policies.

What You Offer
- At least three years’ experience in risk, audit or a control-focused function within the financial services industry.
- A pragmatic, commercial approach to risk while achieving desired outcomes.
- Intrinsic motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global organization.
- Experience in US Investment Management industry, including regulated 40 Act funds and other vehicles subject to Federal securities rules and regulations a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
