Join the Macquarie Asset Management Fund Accounting team in Philadelphia as an essential member of the team that works on Macquarie's Public Markets products. You will work within a team that reviews daily, monthly, and quarterly administrator reports and manages annual mutual fund audits and certifications.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will be responsible for a thorough understanding of Fund Administration operations and accounting and oversight of outsourced accounting functions to review Fund NAVs on a daily basis for open-end mutual funds and ETFs, prepare quarterly reporting for various mutual fund board meetings, oversee budgets and expense functions for mutual funds. You will facilitate productive relationships with external parties that include Fund Administration, Fund Custodians, Trustees and vendors. Additionally, you will lead and direct team members and set performance standards and service levels, maintain records, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

What You Offer
- 7 years of relevant work experience in financial services with background in public accounting and/or public company financial reporting and operations
- Knowledge of registered investment company operations, accounting, regulatory and compliance issues
- Advanced understanding of US GAAP financial statements is critical
- Proficient at Excel, Word and accounting applications is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA or MBA strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred.
