Join Macquarie Corporate Operations Group as a Senior Payroll Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing strategic leadership across Payroll Operations for 3000 employees in the Americas region, covering US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Chile.

What role will you play?
In your function, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring end-to-end payroll is processed accurately, timely and within the defined process and standards whilst managing escalations, resolving queries, establishing close working relationships with key HR professionals and other stakeholders in the region. You will manage, mentor, and develop the Americas payroll team, fostering career growth and providing development opportunities and identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement, risk elimination, and capacity creation within the team. Additionally, you will drive Corporate Operations engagement and culture initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment and ensure resilience and operational risk management by maintaining up-to-date work instructions and proper document storage.

- Demonstrated experience in US payroll operations, with prior exposure to ADP ideal and experience with LATAM payroll a plus.
