As a Solution Architect on the Equities and Multi-Asset team, you will partner with the Macquarie Asset Management business and take part in end-to-end solution delivery.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will design end-to-end technology solutions tailored to business challenges, aligning with Macquarie’s strategic goals and long-term architecture vision. You will select technologies, platforms, and tools that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. Collaborating with the Technical Lead, you will guide development processes and technical decisions to ensure successful implementation. Additionally, you will work with the Enterprise Architect to maintain consistency across the organization’s infrastructure and applications, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
Salary range for this position: $155,000-200,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What You Offer
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing and delivering complex, large-scale technology solutions within the financial services industry, or a similar domain
- Demonstrated ability to select and implement technologies, platforms, and tools to solve specific business problems effectively. You will have strong knowledge of systems integration, solution design, and cloud-based platforms
- Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and their solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to engage with senior business leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies. Familiarity with Aladdin, eFront or similar asset management platforms is highly desirable.
