The Opportunity
As a Senior infrastructure engineer, you will own and drive the technical processes within the IT Infrastructure team. This senior position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution to ensure robust, secure, and efficient IT operations. You will provide key input into technical strategy and roadmaps while maintaining strong connections with business units through direct involvement in execution work.
You will establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance measures to support team development and track progress. This position maintains a high weighting towards hands-on technical work to ensure continued alignment with business needs while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level Microsoft infrastructure, with focus on Exchange Online and Azure cloud services.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure.
- Executing and providing input into the technology roadmap.
- Driving infrastructure automation initiatives, including Infrastructure as Code practices and operational activity automation.
- Leading the critical incident management process, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
- Third level scalation point.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing in infrastructure engineering roles.
- Strong background in information technology with a clear understanding of the challenges of information security.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager including SCCM and Intune
- Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory – Group Policy Management
- Strong technical knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop AVD
- Strong understanding of Microsoft and Linux systems, tools and infrastructure and process to troubleshoot incidents.
- Experience managing Windows Server 2019, Hybrid Active directory, Hybrid Exchange, Office365 & Azure AD, Microsoft Intune/SCCM Certification authority.
- Experience in Windows 10, 11 OS Support/migration and Deployment skills .
