What role will you play?
As an intern in Macquarie Asset Management, you'll be a part of providing investment solutions to a broad range of clients. You'll learn from industry experts as you are placed in one of our Macquarie Asset Management teams based on our skills, experience and interests matched with our business need. These could include the following teams :
Private Credit provides private credit and credit-like solutions across infrastructure, fund capital, real estate, private placements and asset finance.
Secondaries provides liquidity solutions to MAM's infrastructure LPs and establishes new GP relationships.
Wealth Solutions empowers high-net-worth investors to invest for long-term success through access to institutional quality private equity, private credit, hedge fund, real estate and infrastructure funds.
Estimated salary amount is the equivalent of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, prorated for the length of time of the internship. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector and geographic location.

- Present a project that you worked on during the program to senior management.
- You have a unique perspective. We want to hear it. This internship is for undergraduate students expecting to graduate between December 2026 - June 2027.
- You are a critical thinker with strong numerical skills who can articulate their thoughts and ideas clearly.
- You like to collaborate with others and are comfortable building strong working relationships.
- You have an interest in financial services and bring a proactive, resourceful and positive attitude as well as a strong work ethic.
- You have a strong attention to detail with experience and comfort in Excel.
