What role will you play?

In this role, you will support Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets Sales and Origination staff and their clients, by executing and overseeing all aspects of 'the mandatory client experience'. You will manage client expectations from requirement requests to sourcing completion and provide direct support throughout the onboarding and refresh process. You will also build and maintain credible relationships, and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
What you offer

- At least 2 years of Know Your Customer / Client Lifecycle Maintenance experience gained in a financial services, or consulting environment. Commodities or markets experience will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be client-centric in all that you do
- A continuous improvement mindset and consider efficiency, agility and risk management uplifts in all that you do
- Knowledge of onboarding policies and jurisdictional relevant KYC regulations will be critical for this role
- Able to work well independently in addition to collaborating with your team.
