What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Support Representative position at MacQueen Equipment LLC?
Job Summary: Responsible for the sales growth, customer development and sales support performance of loose goods within the Emergency line of business - including segment sales growth, margin attainment, profitability, and customer relationships.
Essential Duties:
- Accountable for the immediate and on-going disposition of the MacQueen Emergency sales strategy throughout their respective territory.
- Timely and efficient processing of sales quotes in support of Territory Sales Reps needs.
- Conversion of approved quotes to sales orders, place sales orders, and when needed, provide customers order status updates.
- Efficient invoicing of completed orders or providing finance lead with all order confirmations to facilitate invoicing.
- Maintain pricing, margin and part number integrity in all quotes and sales orders.
- Respond to incoming phone calls from customers regarding order placement, order status and initial handling of technical requests.
- Issuance of Return Authorizations and warranty submissions and processing of same.
- Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Parts & Service industry
- Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail
- Proficient usage of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Internal applicants: Acceptable level of safety, rework, and productivity in prior roles
Desired Qualifications:
- Fire Service background
- Post-secondary education
ADA Requirements:
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently
- Occasional repetitive motion and grasping
- Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs occasionally, >20 lbs frequently
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer
- Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may require respiratory protection
Experience
Preferred- 2-3 Years Experience in related field.
