Job Title: Wholesale Account Executive
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to cultivate and expand our wholesale business. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and building brand awareness through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, acquiring new ones, and ensuring exceptional customer service while collaborating closely with the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team.
Responsibilities:
- Wholesale Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of North American and international wholesale accounts, exceeding sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins (at least quarterly) to ensure account satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Execute administrative tasks efficiently, including managing orders, contracts, and pricing. This includes managing copy sheets, price sheets, and linesheets.
- Drive monthly reorders and expand product assortments where opportunities exist.
- Provide ongoing training and support to accounts.
- Propose in person events with select wholesalers quarterly
- Business Development:
- Identify, pursue, and secure at least 5 new wholesale partnerships annually.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and expand brand reach.
- Manage marketing and co-op opportunities with wholesale accounts.
- Oversee the launch of new products with wholesale partners.
- Marketing & Content:
- Provide timely updates of marketing materials, including product imagery, content, and promotional assets, to support wholesale partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement impactful co-marketing initiatives.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the DTC team to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in promotional planning and product launch meetings to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Contribute to the development of influencer partnerships that benefit both wholesale and DTC channels.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analyses to management.
