Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership of five APEX developers in the support of existing APEX portfolio of applications.
- Provide Operations/Maintenance and enhancement support of a portfolio of receivership and resolution applications.
- Provides expertise in support of writing and maintaining JavaScript source code, including all activities that are involved from the conception of the desired Oracle APEX front-end software functionality.
- Participates in implementation, roll out, migration, integration, upgrades, testing, performance tuning, research, and development.
- Following Agile Methodology as a member of an agile team
- Implement Oracle APEX features and services for rapid application development.
- Reviews requirements documentation for accuracy and practicality of implementation, design, and development the application, and provide support for correcting any errors identified through system testing.
- Work closely with Business stakeholders and federal agency staff in support of portfolio.
- Support all levels of testing including User Acceptance testing
- Work with Intersecting organizations in support of the portfolio
- Incorporates state-of-the-art concepts and practices to facilitate system functionality and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Documents procedures for installation and maintenance.
- Federal Client requires ship.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar degree.
- Five years' experience leading and directing development teams as a technical lead.
- Experience on APEX version 5 or greater
- Experience developing SQL and PLSQL.
- Three to five years' experience as a database developer (not a database administrator).
- Designs and develops database tables and utilizes them in application development.
- Three to five years of AJAX:
- Five years of JAVA Script and web development experience
- Three years of JQuery
- Three years of CS
- Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Public trust clearance.
- Experience in financial or financial regulatory
- Developed in an Agile scrum team environment with agile methodology.
