- Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans.
- Read, comprehend, and implement contract specifications.
- Communicate with clients, teams, subcontractors, and suppliers via multiple methods.
- Track, submit, prepare, review, and follow-through on submittals to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Key Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience in construction.
- Experience in both civil/horizontal and building/vertical construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current QC certification with Army Corps of Engineers or Navy strongly preferred.
