The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, project management, and supply chain coordination specific to PCB assembly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, project management, and supply chain coordination specific to PCB assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful PCB assembly production.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, production, procurement, and quality control teams to streamline operations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective manufacturing practices.
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components and materials required for PCB assembly.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies related to electronic manufacturing.
- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
- Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements and deadlines are met.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in electronic manufacturing, PCB assembly, or a related industry.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes, manufacturing workflows, and supply chain logistics.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira), and manufacturing software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
