As a CNC Programmer & Machine Operator, you will:
- Program and operate CNC mills and CNC machining centers to produce precision parts.
- Set up and run laser cutting machines or waterjet cutting machines based on production needs.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections to verify part accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform preventive maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience programming and operating CNC mills and machining centers.
- Hands-on experience with either laser cutting machines or waterjet cutting machines.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and working with CAD/CAM software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaker.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
