Position Summary :
Mactac is looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Manager with strong channel and marketing experience to help drive accelerated growth for our Graphics Business. This role will own and execute the core go to market growth strategies with strong cross-functional collaboration with Leadership, Innovation, Product and Marketing, Sales, Operation and Service co-workers. This role will also own and execute our growth strategies with specifically identified National and Strategic accounts by developing effective incentive agreements, facilitating joint business reviews, and coordinating program execution with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Build clear market map and value chain
Identify specific target areas where Mactac has best chance to win
Create and cultivate Mactac unique value proposition
Define, refresh, and execute effective product portfolio
Define, refresh, and execute winning Channel strategy
Define and execute winning marketing tools supporting strategy
Build and own strategic relationships (Installers, OEM, Vendors, PSP, Trade)
Lead and / or support core cross functional projects
Develop and execute growth plans for assigned National and Strategic accounts
Effectively coordinate execution with Sales and Customer Service Teams

Physical Requirements : Travel is required for this position including overnight by auto and air, as required by the region size and account needs. Employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds. Employee spends a great deal of time talking on the phone and using a computer keyboard and mouse in the office
Minimum bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or Relevant field preferred
Experience :
Industry experience preferred.
Auto aftermarket, printing, graphics, pressure sensitive
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
6 years of experience in developing and executing a marketing plan
Microsoft Office experience required.
CRM Experience required.
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
