Experience
- Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for 2-7 years.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct reference checks, drug screenings, and background screenings.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance changes, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
- Develop policies and strategies for acquiring new talent.
- Analyze the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate future requirements.
- Manage the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing.
- Oversee new hire preboarding and onboarding.
- Build relationships with applicants and past employees.
- Research talent acquisition trends to improve processes.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events.
- Track KPIs related to talent acquisition.
- Assist with strategic initiatives as assigned.
