Position Summary : Mactac is looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Manager with strong channel and marketing experience to help drive accelerated growth for our Graphics Business. This role will own and execute the core go to market growth strategies with strong cross-functional collaboration with Leadership, Innovation, Product and Marketing, Sales, Operation and Service co-workers. This role will also own and execute our growth strategies with specifically identified National and Strategic accounts by developing effective incentive agreements, facilitating joint business reviews, and coordinating program execution with the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild clear market map and value chainIdentify specific target areas where Mactac has best chance to winCreate and cultivate Mactac unique value propositionDefine, refresh, and execute effective product portfolioDefine, refresh, and execute winning Channel strategyDefine and execute winning marketing tools supporting strategyBuild and own strategic relationships (Installers, OEM, Vendors, PSP, Trade)Lead and / or support core cross functional projectsDevelop and execute growth plans for assigned National and Strategic accountsEffectively coordinate execution with Sales and Customer Service TeamsScopeDecision Impact : DepartmentDepartment Responsibility : GraphicsBudgetary (P&L) Responsibility : YesDirect Reports : NoIndirect Reports : NoPhysical Requirements : Travel is required for this position including overnight by auto and air, as required by the region size and account needs.
