ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage the front office reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image

· Quote incoming customer needs relating to smaller structural and rebar orders

· Manage orders from inventory selection/procurement to fabrication to pick up/delivery

· Communicate with shop regarding scheduling of orders

· Maintain reporting of quotes, orders, and invoicing

· Communicate with Logistics regarding schedule

· Generate all pertinent paperwork for shop, customer, and accounting

· Make collection calls for customers in this department as needed

· Provide administrative support to Accounting and Estimating Departments

· Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment

· Maintain company mobile phones and provides user support on an as-needed basis.

· Supervise and coordinates the annual storage trailer cleanup and Google Doc

· Perform other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· ERP Software experience

· Basic Math Skills

· Good planning and organizational skills.

· Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

· Computer literacy, specifically MS Office Applications and Google Applications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Preferred Associate Degree in general business or related course of study; Or 5 year work experience demonstrating above qualifications.

The employee will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. Light lifting of supplies and materials may be required from time to time.
