Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Actively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Policy Management : Process policy renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Inquiry Resolution : Address customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively and providing accurate information regarding their policies.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback within the company database.
Collaboration : Work closely with sales agents to facilitate smooth processing of new sales and customer requests.
Continuous Learning : Stay informed about the latest insurance products and regulatory guidelines to provide the best service to clients.
Feedback Management : Gather customer feedback to help improve service delivery and report concerns to the relevant departments.
Requirement
Language : Must be able to speak / understand / read / write in both English and Spanish fluently
Full-time 40 Hours M-F 8 : 30AM-5 : 30PM
In-person at our Kent location
Reliable Transportation
Licensing : Possession of a WA state insurance license is highly desirable but not required.
Experience : A minimum of 1 year in customer service or a similar sales role is recommended but not required.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Customer Focused : A solid commitment to providing a superb customer experience and meeting customer needs.
Problem-Solving : Strong ability to independently solve problems and handle objections on the spot.

Salary : $42,500 - $60,000
