The Opportunity
As a Cosmetics Merchandising Associate, you will play a critical role in bringing our brand to life. You will be responsible for merchandising new arrivals, processing damages, testers, and select merchandise returns, as well as maintaining a high level of customer service and promoting sales.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise new arrivals, process damages, testers, and select merchandise returns.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in pre-selling and sales-boosting events to drive sales and reach personal targets.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience required.
- Prior experience in cosmetics or fragrance sales preferred.
