Jewelry Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Jewelry Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and preferences
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and quality of the jewelry
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with accuracy
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the jewelry industry, is preferred
• Ability to supervise and train junior staff members
• Proficiency in bilingual communication is a plus
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week

Shift:

• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Work Location: In person
