Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner, using product knowledge to provide expert guidance on their beauty needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, recommending products that meet their individual preferences and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, participate in pre-selling and sales-boosting events, and utilize point-of-sale technology to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service or sales experience required.
- Prior cosmetic or fragrance sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and across departments.
