Job Responsibilities
- Taking orders from patrons and serving food and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handling payments and operating a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and restrooms.
- Providing exceptional customer service by being attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable about menu items and promotions.
Requirements
- Able to work weekdays and weekends, including evenings and holidays.
- Possess a basic understanding of dining room and service industry procedures.
- Possess a basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.
- Able to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
- Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to obtain a valid liquor license.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
