What Can We Offer You
- Competitive base pay of $23.00/hr per hour commensurate with experience and skills
- Full Time benefits, PTO, 401K
- Represent high quality products with the leading professionals in the industry
- Work with a team of talented, professional, and fun individuals who enjoy what they do
- Establish and maintain relationships with venders
- Plan events to fill the event calendar
- Create reports for management
- Work with accounting to ensure all contracts are paid by due date
- Remain under budget with all event costs
- Maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of the event program
- A minimum of 1-year administrative experience required
- Detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft products
- Excellent communication skills
