In this position you will:
- Answer and operate a multi-line phone system
- Monitor, communicate, and resolve scheduling adjustments for appointments between customers and sales representatives
- Maintain and update the company database and calendars
- Regulate and monitor appointment volumes and availability for other departments
- Previous call center or dispatch experience preferred
- High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communications skills
- High organization and multitasking abilities
