Mad City Windows and Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is hiring a Temporary Licensing Assistant to join our team based out of Eau Claire, WI! This role has potential to move into a permanent role as Renuity continues to expand. What Can We Offer You:
Competitive base pay of $23.00-$27.00/hr per hour commensurate with experience and skills
30 hour work week in hybrid work environment
Potential for temp-to-perm
Work with a team of talented, professional, and fun individuals who enjoy what they do
What You’ll Do:
Fill out contractor, business, and consumer finance licenses for review and signatures by management
Run lead on build-out of trackers (utilizing Asana) for contractor documentation, including certificates, licenses, and more
Work with insurance representatives to verify and obtain necessary filing
Communicate and coordinate with leadership team to ensure deadlines are met and coverage is obtained
What You’ll Bring:
Excellent attention to detail
Prior experience with contractor licensing/registration preferred
Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office
Prior experience with Asana preferred
Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
Strong planning and organizational skills
