- Loading, management and monitoring of crews

- Creating strategies to improve efficiency
- Quality Control
- Valid Driver’s License
- 5 years of Residential Remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows
- 2 years of Project Management experience
- Experience resolving conflict
- Strong communication & customer service skills
