Product Receiver

Mad Dogs & Englishman has been an iconic fixture in South Tampa for three decades. Now, it stands on the brink of an exciting transformation, relocating to a new building and revamping its British charm. Oxford Commons, the driving force behind Tampa’s renowned establishments such as Oxford Exchange, Predalina, The Stovall House, The Library & Casa Cami, is leading the charge into the next chapter. The product receiver is responsible to check in all deliveries, ensuring that orders are accurate and that product meets food safety standards. The receiver will communicate closely with the Chefs and Kitchen Manager about stock levels and potential product issues.

Essential function and duties:

• Responsible for all product rotation, quality, and cleanliness of coolers and dry storage areas.
• Must have general food and restaurant knowledge.
• Be able to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Be able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

• Possess general food and restaurant knowledge.
• Available early mornings through mid-afternoons, Monday-Saturday.

General Physical Demands for the Position:

• Product receivers will regularly stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, turn, lift, talk, walk, walk on uneven ground, carry and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
