POSITION SUMMARY:
The Ecommerce Sales Merchandising Supervisor plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Mad Engine’s Ecommerce Print-On-Demand platforms by curating and distributing trending and inspirational artwork across all digital channels. This position is focused on maximizing revenue by expanding the online catalog to include both new and high-demand licenses, top-selling designs, and exciting product releases. The supervisor will collaborate with external partners, providing regular sales updates and ensuring strong relationships with e-commerce partners. Additionally, they will manage a comprehensive calendar of key social events, holidays, and major media releases—sharing this information with the team to ensure timely and impactful product launches. A key responsibility is maintaining confidentiality, effectively managing competing priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of apparel, pop culture, and the ever-evolving ecommerce landscape.
DUTIES (Including but not limited to):
Ecommerce Catalog Management: Oversee the expansion and curation of our online catalog, ensuring it includes top-selling designs, new product releases, and licensed artwork that aligns with current trends and customer preferences.- Sales and Partnership Communication: Act as a point of contact for external e-commerce partners. Provide regular updates on sales performance, product offerings, and strategic initiatives, while ensuring a strong and positive relationship with partners.
- Product Launch Coordination: Manage a master calendar of key dates, including social events, holidays, and major movie/game releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches and maximize sales opportunities.
- Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth: Identify and leverage opportunities for new licenses and high-demand designs, with a focus on driving revenue through strategic product placement and promotions.
- Confidentiality & Deadline Management: Handle sensitive information with discretion and balance competing priorities to ensure all deadlines are met without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Onboarding New Clients: Assist with the onboarding process for new licensed and branded clients. Ensure a smooth transition by coordinating product requirements, timelines, and brand guidelines, and work closely with clients to integrate their products onto our ecommerce platforms.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Ability to work in high pace/high volume environment.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and motivation to complete tasks
- 2 years working in an office setting with demonstrable organizational and task management skills
- Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
