What You’ll Do
- Event Planning & Execution: Assist in planning, setting up, and delivering outstanding events, including product activations, corporate functions, and promotional events.
- Sales Engagement: Engage with event attendees to promote and sell client products and services, helping to drive brand visibility and awareness.
- Guest Interaction: Build relationships with attendees, encouraging engagement and fostering a positive brand experience.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and offer quick, effective solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
- Feedback Collection: Gather valuable attendee feedback to refine future event strategies.
- Post-Event Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing post-event reports, analyzing sales performance and key metrics to drive future event strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet client objectives, exceed expectations, and deliver on sales goals.
