Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through rigorous testing and inspection processes. You will utilize various measurement tools and systems to analyze product specifications, maintain compliance with industry standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives . You will be responsible for the shipping and receiving documentation And inspection.
Duties
- Conduct visual and sensory quality inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Analyze data from quality control tests and maintain accurate records of findings.
- Operate vision inspection systems to assess product quality visually and detect any defects or inconsistencies.
- Implement Quality Assurance (QA) protocols in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and (SQF) safe quality food principles.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Prepare /review detailed reports on quality control activities, including trends, anomalies, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in the maintenance of quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a quality control or foid processing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies is essential.
- Knowledge of HACCP ,SQF principles and CGMP regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability for assigned tasks.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
